Privacy Policy
This is a Phase 1 pre-launch stub. The platform is not live and is not yet processing patient health records. This policy describes how we handle the limited information collected on this landing page today, and our intended approach at launch.
Scope today (pre-launch)
At this stage the only information we collect is what you voluntarily submit through the waitlist, newsletter, and provider registration forms — for example your email address, and for providers your name, organisation, city and phone number. We use it solely to contact you about launch and onboarding.
Health records
We do not store patient health records on our servers. At launch, health records will be structured in FHIR R4 format and held in your ABHA-linked profile on government infrastructure, which you own and control. Access will require your explicit, time-bound, purpose-specific consent via the Health Information Exchange Consent Manager (HIE-CM).
Data sharing
We do not sell your information. Landing-page form data is used only for launch communication and is not shared with third parties beyond the tools we use to operate the waitlist.
